(4) References in this section to the Council shall

include a reference to a joint committee appointed under

Part IV of this Ordinance.

66. Where a person employed by the Council performs any

duty or does any act for and on behalf and with the consent of

the Government and where a person employed by the Government

performs any duty or does any act for and on behalf and with

the consent of the Council, the Government or the Council, 2.8

the case may be, shall pay to the other such sưm as may be

agreed reasonably to represent a fair proportion of the cost of

that person's remuneration, having regard to the nature of the

said duty performed or act done by him, or in case of disagreement

as may be determined by the Governor, whose decision shall be

final.

Nothing in this Part of this Ordinance shall affect

the terms of any agreement made between the Council and the

Government with respect to the transfer or secondment to the

service of the Council of any persons employed by the Government

or be interpreted as precluding appointment to any office under

the Council by means of any such transfer or secondment,

68. Nothing in this Ordinance shall authorize the

establishment in the Municipality of any new or separate police

force.

69.- (1) The Legislative Council may either of its own

motion or on the proposal of the Council from time to time by

resolution make such alterations or adjustments as may be deemed

expedient in the area of the Municipality and for this purpose;

may alter or define any boundary of the Municipality and include

in the Municipality any part or parts of the Colony not theretofore
